Les Agudes 2025 is a natural white wine produced by Fabien Jouves of Mas Del Périé. Beautiful aromatics, with notes of flowers and acacia honeyâ€?/p>

A blended cuvée of Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc, from around 20-year-old vines grown on clay-limestone slopes. Wine certified organic. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation in concrete tanks. Matured on lees in concrete vats, for 6 months, a short aging in a neutral vessel in order to preserve the fruit and the spontaneity of this cuvée. Neither fined nor filtered, without added sulphur.
