A Chinon that been moulded by the Loire’s alluvial deposits and theVienne ‘s gravel in the area surrounding Savigny-en-Véron. After steeping the uncrushed grapes, the must is gently raised to 25°C to release its primary aromas. This vintage’s nose give us floral and fruity aromas that are very crisp and more specifically with notes of violet and raspberry. The palate has very supple tannins and the crispness of the fruit takes precedence. A wine that will bloom in its youth!
