LesCaillottes2024–PascalJolivet

This iconic wine from domaine Pascal Jolivet is made from a selection of parcels of 3.5 hectares and benefits from an excellent south-facing exposition. Its name “les Caillottesâ€?comes from the Kimmeridgian limestone on this magnificent terroir. On the nose it reveals elegant, subtle fragrances of citrus and white fruits. The palate is dynamic and complex with a good balance between freshness and smoothness. You can taste it now but it will grow in complexity over the next few years.
