The vines are grown according toorganicprinciples, focusing on the balance and vitality of the soil. After harvesting by hand, the wine is made following manual techniques, using stoneware amphorae and oak barrels, resulting in a wine with an incredible length, and a perfect blend of sweetness, tension and salinity !
