Created in 1969 by Pierre-Louis Faucher, the vineyard is located on the heights of the town of Saumur. Made from venerable 80-year-old vines, this Cabernet Franc immediately delights with its aromas of black fruit mixed with a hint of roasted coffee. The charm continues on the palate, which is exquisite, perfectly harmonious, powerful without excess, and velvety smooth. This certifiedorganic winehas notes of violet, raspberry and spices. This Cabernet is powerful, unctuous, round and delicious on the palate, with a long, beautiful finish. It can be enjoyed now after plenty of aeration, or can be kept and matured quietly in the cellar for several years.
