Les Escures 2024 is a natural red Cahors wine produced by Fabien Jouves of Mas Del Périé estate. A great Cahors “outside the box”! Available online!

100% Malbec from 25-year-old vines, grown biodynamically, this cuvée is certified by Demeter. This is a plot selection at the top of the hills in Cahors appellation, at 350 meters above sea level, on Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Manual harvest and natural vinification. Total destemming, one month of maceration in vats, 6 months of aging in concrete tanks, on the lees. Bottled at the Estate without fining nor filtration, no sulfur added.
