“Les Figuiers” is made from old vines grown on a limestone soil, where its lively, fresh flavours come from. Aged uniquely in oak barrels on fine lees, which lend this wine a good, well balanced structure. Its subtlety, rich aromatics, fruitiness and sharpness all combine together to make it a delight for the taste buds. Yellow fruit and almond flavours as well as floral notes with a saline finish. A bottle to be opened right now to enjoy with your guests, but you could keep it for more than a decade.
