100% Pinot Meunier from four parcels on the Les Fortes Terres terroir in Cuisles — sloping, shallow soils where green clay lies just beneath the surface. Hand-harvested in vegetable crates, micro-vinified reductively in small stainless steel vats. Tirage, then close to four years ageing on laths, disgorged on the 16th of March 2023. Dosage at 0.5 gram per litre, this is an extra-brut. Unfined, unfiltered, and just a micro-touch of sulfur (26 mg/l total), a handcrafted mined sulfur made in-house.
