This orange wine is made fromSauvignonBlanc grapes grown on limestone soils and harvested slightly over-ripe. The vinification was done so that the tropical fruit notes explode on the nose, the freshness seizes the palate and the citrus peel nuances are carried by the soft bitterness of the finish, typical of this fermentation.
