Les Hautes Ribaudes 2023 by Lionnel Faury accurately reflects the expression of the northern Rhône Valley. Made mainly from Syrah grown on granite slopes, this wine is vinified in whole bunches, using traditional methods to preserve the freshness of the fruit and the purity of the terroir. Aged in old barrels so as not to mask the wine’s identity, it has a beautiful structure without excess. On tasting, it has a brilliant colour and a nose of crisp red fruits and violets, enhanced by a hint of spice. The palate is smooth and refined, revealing fine tannins and a balanced finish.
