In the process of being converted toorganicfarming, no pesticides are used to make this wine made from grapes harvested by hand, vinified with indigenous yeasts and aged for 9 months in barrels. The nose is on dried apricots and sweet spices, on the palate it is powerful, smooth, salty and slightly peaty with aromas of pear.
