Les Jalets white Crozes-Hermitage comes from the terraced vineyards of Les Chassis, whose pebbles deposited by Alpine glaciers are reminiscent of those found inChâteauneuf-du-Pape . The nose opens with delicate notes of white acacia flowers and fresh pear. On the palate, the wine is fresh, deliciously balanced and carried by a beautiful harmony between fruit and minerality. Eight months of ageing in concrete eggs, French oak barrels and stainless steel vats brings complexity and precision without weighing down the body.
