Cuvée Les Lauves is a plot-based selection, made from vines carefully grown on the plot known as “Clapier”, which is characterized by the presence of numerous typical Provencal terraces, known as restanques. This 2018 vintage has a fine, dense and complex nose, offering notes of spice, scrub and a hint of menthol. Powerful on the palate, with plenty of aromatic character, it develops a dense tannic structure, with tight, ripe tannins. The finish is crisp and deliciously long. Superb!
