Carefully cultivated on a 2-hectare plot in Courchamps, this 100% Chenin Saumur Blanc reveals all the richness of its clay-limestone terroir. Organically farmed, the 10-year-old vineyard is worked with respect, from simple Guyot pruning to manual harvesting and rigorous selection. Vinification takes place in 25-hectolitre Stockinger casks, where the wine is left to rest for 24 months, developing a beautiful aromatic complexity and elegant texture. With 13% alcohol, thiswine offersa perfect balance between freshness, minerality and depth, expressing the purity and finesse typical of Chenin from the Loire. On the palate, it reveals a marked liveliness, blending notes of white fruit and citrus, supported by a long and elegant saline finish that invites further tasting.
