Terrasses 2024 captures all the freshness and sparkle of white Ventoux. From a limestone terroir at an altitude of 350 metres, this blend ofViognier ,GrenacheBlanc, Roussanne andClairettehas a floral, zesty nose dominated by citrus fruit and lime. The palate is taut and lively, combining grapefruit, lychee and white fruit, underpinned by a fine minerality. Vinified in stainless steel and concrete vats to preserve its purity, this well-balanced white goes equally well as an aperitif with shellfish, grilled vegetables or white meats. Best served at 8°C.
