LesTondeuses–2022–Mamaruta

Les Tondeuses 2022 is a natural and sulfite-free red wine, a 100% Grenache Noir produced by Marc Castan at Mamaruta estate in Languedoc, France.

Grenache Noir from vines grown organically and planted close to a lake. Manual harvest in small crates, only in the morning. Vinfication: maceration of the full bunches for 10 days, soft and slow pressing in order to keep the fruity aromas. End of fermentation in tanks and aging for 6 months in barrels that have seen around five wines. Bottled in spring, zero sulphur added!
