100% Pinot Meunier from vines rooted in green clays over chalky marls, in the village of Cuisles. A blend of years spanning 2014 to 2023. Manual harvest in small crates, full malolactic fermentation, micro-vinified reductively in small stainless steel vessels. Bottled under cork (not the usual crown cap), with 20 months ageing sur lattes. Disgorged in September 2025. Zero dosage (this is a brut nature), and just a whisper of sulfur (9 mg/l total) — home-crafted mined sulfur, made by Cédric himself.
