Le Village des Amoureux 2023 is a biodynamic and natural white wine produced without added sulfites by Jérôme Francois from La Grange de l’Oncle Charles.

Blended cuvée: Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, and Muscat, sourced from biodynamically farmed vines planted between 1975 and 1985 on the slopes, showing granitic-arena soils. The grapes were harvested by hand with controlled yields. Natural vinification: direct pressing, then fermentation and aging in barrels that have seen several wines for one year, on the lees. Bottled on September 29th, 2024, without fining nor filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur (added at pressing).
