If you have not had a wine made from the Zweigelt variety before it will probably surprise you; concentrated fruitiness yet on a light, airy palate. The wine evolves very well over some 2-3 hours and more as the acidity becomes integrates and the material tones up.We recommend opening 5-10 minutes before drinking and serving chilled.
