A harmonious blend of five grape varieties, it reveals an intense bouquet of black cherry, blackberry and blueberry, enhanced by nuances of cedar, dried herbs (coriander) and fresh rosemary. On the palate, it combines intense fruitiness, freshness and tannins that are still young but promising, with a balanced structure and beautiful depth. This characterful wine, aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (25% new), is the perfect accompaniment to generous, convivial cuisine.
