This Bianco version is vegan, containing no milk or cream of animal origin, only white almonds, which give it its silky and recognisable texture. Its aroma reveals subtle notes of fresh almond, vanilla and orange blossom. It is smooth, creamy, almost milky, with a slightly salty finish reminiscent of the Mediterranean. This salty touch is due to a pinch of sea salt added to balance the natural sweetness of the almonds.
