A French artisanal liqueur that captures all the sweetness and generosity of the quintessential summer fruit. The apricot liqueur is made from two varieties:Bergeronand Sefora. One variety brings a touch of acidity, while the other, sweeter and milder, offers a delicious richness. To extract the very essence, each variety is macerated separately for several months, then part of the macerate is distilled. The flesh of the fruit provides a rich, velvety texture, while the stones release delicate almond aromas. It offers a smooth attack, followed by a beautiful roundness that envelops the palate. The finish is long, warm and delicately sweet, leaving a pleasant fruity and slightly sweet sensation.
