St Germain liqueur was created in 2007 by Rob Cooper, a third-generation distiller, with the help of some of the best mixologists and producers of traditional Frenchliqueurs . It pays homage to the spirit of 1920s Paris. No less than 1,000 fresh elderflowers are needed to make a single bottle. Produced in limited quantities, each bottle of St-Germain is numbered and vintage-dated, with the year indicated on the label being the year of bottling. Its exotic fruit accents and subtle floral notes create a sublime, unrivalled taste!
