This Bodega Tajinaste was established in 1977 by the García Farráis family who hailed orginally from Cuba. They focus on growing 2 jey grape varieties: Listán Negro y Listán Blanco.Their winemaking methods fuse traditional viticultre with modern wine making techniques.

As most of the Canary islands have volcanic soil, the vines are stressed – in a good way – to find the minerals and water they need.Mixed with the altitude, the microclimate of the region, Atlantic ocean breezes, these wines reflect this with a fresh minerality.
