A finely balanced English sparkling wine from London Cru, London’s first urban winery. Limited to just 2,000 bottles, it is crafted from 100% Chardonnay, with hand harvested fruit from Wiltshire. Fermented in stainless steel and French oak, then aged 32 months on lees before release, it is crisp, elegant and complex, showing green apple, orchard fruit and zesty lemon layered with pastry, marzipan and a subtle hint of ginger on the finish.
