Longueville House Medium Dry Cider is made on the Longueville House in Cork using only estate-grown Dabinett and Michelin apples. Harvested in late October, the apples are crushed and pressed on-site, with no added sugar, colourings, or preservatives. Fermented naturally with wild yeasts from the orchards, then matured for over six months, it’s a full-flavoured Irish cider with real depth. Great with roast chicken or mature cheddar.
