With the growing demand for reduced alcohol wines, we were curious to hear about Mauricio Lorca’s new project to produce LOWER abv wines that were properly made, without resorting to the use of additives or mechanical techniques to achieve dealcoholisation, all of which distort and alter normal wines’ flavour profiles.

Both wines are small-batch (5000 litre) productions and have genuine varietal character, with excellent balance between body and 100% natural acidity. No added sugar, with good flavour concentration, these are vegan-friendly, gastronomic wines.
