It’s a charmingly unique and delicate creature; the colour of an old rose/light cherry red with inviting, floral aromas of candied red fruits, blood orange and autumn undergrowth.Extraordinarily supple with round, full and soft material that lines the palate and immerses it with pure fruit sensation. The finish is delicate and pleasurable with Pinot Noir dominating, earthy notes of cherry, rose, pepper.We recommend opening this natural wine 45 minutes before drinking and serving lightly chilled (14c – 15c).(LouLou has an excellent ageing potential)
