From a biodynamic co-op in Italy’s Abruzzo region, this is a smooth and rich Montepulciano. Made from organic grapes and fermented naturally using wild yeasts. It’s full of concentrated black fruit notes with hints of cocoa and vanilla. The card bag-in-box 3 litre format contains the equivalent of four bottles that is easily recyclable, and has a much lower carbon footprint than the equivalent volume in glass.Try it with cured meats or pasta dishes.
