The Luxe, Calme est Voluptée cuvée is produced in the heart of the Camargue Regional Park, on a unique terroir. The winemaker is renowned for his fine gourmet cuvées, particularly his white wines which resemblefine winesfrom the northern valley. Here we find an easy but equally delicious aperitif version of Luc et Stéphanie’s whites. The attack is lively and precise, with bright notes of preserved lemon and white flowers that pave the way for a complex, elegant palate. The almost mineral texture is accompanied by lovely tension, marked by subtle aromas of lychee and rosemary. The finish is long, almost salivating, with a lingering note of toasted hazelnut.
