Old Winchester, also known as Old Smales on some occasions, is an older version of Lyburn’s classic Winchester.

Becoming more reminiscent of an old gouda with a distinctive nuttiness in flavour, this is a hugely popular cheese, winning a Three Star Gold Award at the Great Taste Awards this year �a worthy accolade.

Some might argue that this English farmhouse cheese, is quite unique for the UK.
