A well-rounded dry English wine that is pale / medium gold in colour with rich and complex aromas of Subtle buttery flavours & toasted oak, lemon, lime & tropical fruits.

Exceptional length, creamy texture and elegance with lingering acidity. There are apricot and citrus flavours with a touch of honey, nuts and toffee.

Blend : 100% Chardonnay grapes from Essex.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Serve with : Salami, olives, wild mushrooms and truffle, garden tomatoes and basil, fresh cod or monkfish, semi soft and mildly smoked cheese.
