This white Saint-Joseph comes from the granite and sandy soils of the south and south-east slopes of Chavanay and Saint-Pierre-de-Boeuf. Vinified with indigenous yeasts, it is aged for 9 months in casks and barrels on fine lees, giving it complexity and a silky texture. The nose opens with delicate aromas of yellow fruit, citrus and white flowers. On the palate, its velvety roundness and mineral freshness offer a refined balance and beautiful length.
