Introducing the M. Chapoutier Domain Tournon Mathilda White 2017. This refreshing white M. Chapoutier is made of Viognier and Marsanne, an excellent blend thaty provides crisp acidity with beautfiful stone fruit flavours.

The grapes are destemmed and then gentlypressed and left for cold sedimentation for 48 hours. The fermentation process takes place within stainless steel tanks and continues its maturing process in these tanks for a further five months.

The colour is pale gold with a fresh, crisp and fruity nose. The blend of Viognier and Marsanne provide lovely stone fruit flavours of peaches and apricots with a supple and fresh attack with great minerality.
