Made mainly fromGamay , supplemented according to the vintage withJuraand ancient grape varieties grown organically, Madelon is vinified in whole bunches, with indigenous yeasts, without unnecessary additives. Gentle vinification and ageing in neutral containers preserve the fruit’s brightness and the wine’s natural freshness. The 2023 vintage, marked by beautiful maturity and perfectly preserved acidity, produces a juicy, supple and incredibly lively wine.The nose is bursting with fresh red fruit, crushed strawberry, raspberry and floral notes, with a slightly spicy touch. On the palate, it is a wave of indulgence: fluid texture, very fine tannins, vibrant energy and a fresh finish that calls for another glass.
