Of all the appellations, Crozes- Hermitageis undoubtedly the great speciality of the Cave de Tain: it alone produces nearly 50% of the appellation. It derives from it a particularly fresh and fruity red, with intense aromas and delicate red fruit, black fruit and spices. We love the beautiful fullness on the palate, letting ourselves be overcome by its remarkable generosity and succumbing to its long and fresh finish of blackcurrant, violet and oriental spices.
