What can I say? Ruinart has released a more than perfect vintage of Dom Ruinart. Made exclusively fromGrands Crusfrom the legendary Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. This cuvée reflects the richness of the Champagne terroir and Chardonnay, the emblematicgrape varietyused in all the House’s cuvées. 2007 was an atypical year, with a warm spring bringing the grapes to maturity quickly and triggering the grape harvest at the end of August.
