The La Foun cuvée takes its name from the fountain located at the entrance to the village of Calce, where the century-old vines that make up this wine are found. Aged in amphorae for 19 months, this red wine reveals the purest expression of Carignan: the nose is rich and complex, blending ripe black fruits, sweet spices and a touch of garrigue. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied, velvety texture, supported by fine tannins and a lingering mineral freshness.
