Maison Jacoulot’s Lemon Liqueur is a French artisanal creation inspired byItalianlimoncello, but interpreted with Burgundian elegance. Made from untreated Sicilian lemon zest, it fully expresses the freshness and natural intensity of the citrus fruit. The zest is removed by hand, without the white pith, to avoid any bitterness. It has powerful aromas of fresh zest, essential oils and citrus blossom, with a beautiful clarity. The attack is soft and velvety, then balanced with a perfectly controlled, invigorating acidity. The texture is smooth, almost creamy, enveloping the palate with a delicious sensation. The finish is long and refreshing, with a lovely lingering citrus note.
