A cooperative founded in 1960, the Saint-Désirat winery alone represents around 35 % of production in Saint-Joseph. An important player in the appellation which for years now has made quantity and quality go hand in hand. This Les Mariniers du Fleuve comes from vines that grow on the steep slops of Ardèche, arranged in terraces supported by stone walls, known as chalets. This 2021wine offersa good structure with a palate of red fruits and spices (white pepper). Perfect for pairing with red meat, lamb and ideal for drinking over the next 5 years.
