The star of this maceration is the Victoria pineapple, renowned for its juicy, sweet and intensely fragrant flesh, mainly sourced from the island of Réunion.The fruit is cut by hand and added directly to the rum, without any artificial flavours or preservatives. The result is a subtle balance between the fruity sweetness and natural freshness of the pineapple and the warmth of the rum. Visually, the bottle is as elegant as it is appetising, revealing the pieces of pineapple suspended inside.
