The vinification is done in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats then the ageing is done in barrels (30% new) for 12 months. A very deep colour, carmine, limpid and brilliant, a complex nose combining red fruits, vanilla and roasting, a silky and harmonious attack and a very long and elegant finish. It is the ideal wine for all your precious moments, which will only improve in a few years… If you can resist!
