Elegant, expressive, and beautifully structured, the Mahi Pinot Noir showcases the depth and finesse of Marlborough’s southern valleys. Crafted with minimal intervention by winemaker Brian Bicknell, this wine captures the purity of site with lifted red fruit aromatics, layers of forest floor complexity, and a silky, finely grained palate.

Hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeasts, the wine undergoes gentle extraction and maturation in seasoned French oak. The result is a finely balanced Pinot Noir that is both vibrant and poised, with a long, savoury finish.
