Unfined and bottled with minimal intervention, it’s a Chardonnay of purity, minerality, and quiet confidence.

A natural partner to roast chicken, seared scallops, grilled lobster, or creamy polenta with mushrooms. Ideal for dishes that balance richness with freshness.

Can be enjoyed now for its freshness and balance, but will reward cellaring for 5–8 years as it develops further nuance.
