Kanakaris Malagousia comes from vineyards located on the upper slopes of Aigialia at an altitude of 1000 metres, created from a strict selection of vineyards, Malagousia clones and without any interventionist techniques. Vinification is based on skin maceration at very low temperature and a long extraction of 36 hours. The use of fine lees gives the wine intense aromas, complexity, persistent flavour and a rich texture. This is a modern white wine with rich aromas of herbs found in the Greek countryside, as well as citrus and exotic fruit. The palate is full and complex, with refreshing, vibrant acidity. An ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean fish dishes.
