A beautiful pale golden colour. Aromas of ripe summer fruits honeydew melon, and dried apricots with a soft citrus fruit high note. The palate is rich and full soft almond and toasted brioche. However a lovely citrus zestiness much like a homemade lime curd brings a beautiful freshness to finish.
