The magnificent Massaya Arak is produced exclusively from local Obeidi grapes and green organic aniseed. It is triple distilled in the traditional process using copper stills and heated by fragrant fires of vinewood. The spirit is then aged in ancient clay amphorae for two years. This is best enjoyed on the rocks or as an ingredient in a multitude of cocktails.

The name Massaya comes from the Lebanese word for twilight which captures the moment the sun sets behind Mount Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley becomes a beautiful dark blue colour – their Arak bottle is a similar, mesmerising blue colour.
