McHenry Hohnen Rocky Road Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is a classic Western Australian Dry Wine, made famous by Jack Mann, who is renowned for being the most famous Winemaker in Australian Wine History. A harmonious blend of two remarkable grape varieties, which results in a fresh, fragrant, and friendly wine. Semillon, 52%, is the star of the show and offers weight, viscosity, length, and structure to the blend. Whereas the Sauvignon, 48%, is upfront, fresh, and highly aromatic.

Produced using grapes exclusively from the Calgardup Brook Vineyard, which lies just inland from the coast, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks and large oak casks. The climate of this vineyard is strongly influenced by its proximity to the Indian Ocean.
