Tasting Notes: Deep amber to mahogany colour, reflecting extended aging. Rich and complex aroma, with pronounced notes of dried figs, raisins,almonds and walnuts, caramel, and hints of spice and vanilla. It shows a smooth and well-rounded mouthfeel, featuring a harmonious blend of dried fruits, nuts, caramel, and spice. It has a long, elegant finish with a hint of sweetness.

Serving & Food Pairing Tawny Ports are ready-to drink and do not require decanting. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at 12-13ºC they will work wonders if pairing with treacle tart, crème brulee or nut based desserts, like hazelnut praline.
