The Art of a Masterful Whiskey

This intricate whiskey opens with a nose of caramelised apple, toffee fudge, and vanilla, gradually revealing delicate herbal and floral notes of garden mint and lavender, all layered over the warm woodland spices of cinnamon and nutmeg from American oak maturation. On the palate, textured flavours of sweet honeycomb, soft orchard fruits, and subtle herbal undertones unfold, accented by white pepper and a gentle hint of chili oil. Citrus brightness and glazed fruits mingle with decadent treacle, toffee, and vanilla, creating a rich, multi-dimensional experience. The finish is long and lingering, as the fruit notes slowly recede, leaving the oak and pot still spices to provide a satisfying, lasting conclusion.

Cellaring: Once opened, it is best to consume within six months to two years. Food Pairing: Good soda bread (or sourdough) and farmhouse butter, mature cheddars, smoked cheeses, smoked cured meat, Fresh seafood, particularly fatty fish such as salmon or monkfish with whiskey cream sauces, BBQ duck, ribs and pulled pork | ?️ Serve at room temperature, around 18-23 °C
